The dealership gives real personal service and helpfulness, from offering a test drive, to offering all possibilities of extras and choices of financial advice. Although this garage is situated just outside of the City of Bristol, the short journey is well worthwhile because in my experience no other Bristol Ford dealership offers anywhere near the customer service as one will get at Winford. You get immediate attention rather than being kept waiting at a counter for someone to realise that you are waiting for assistance, and often even then, with a 'couldn't care less attitude'.
